Ramziya Muborakshoeva
Regional Lead for Strategic Partnerships & Resource Mobilization, Pamir Energy | Tajikistan

Ramziya Muborakshoeva is a development finance and energy leader with nearly two decades of experience driving renewable energy, public–private partnerships, and sustainable infrastructure across Central and South Asia. She leads transformative initiatives that extend clean, reliable power — and opportunity — to some of the most remote communities in the world. Ramziya currently oversees the establishment of NPAK Energy Limited in Northern Pakistan, a pioneering public–private utility inspired by Pamir Energy’s award-winning model of rural electrification. Her work bridges government, private sector, and international donors — including the EU, KfW, SECO, World Bank, and others — to design innovative blended-finance solutions that make energy transitions both equitable and sustainable. A Hubert H. Humphrey Fellow in Economic Development, Ramziya has also completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School, where she deepened her focus on leadership, innovation, and systems transformation.
