1. Can I register or bring someone who was not invited to the EuroAmericas Forum?

The EuroAmericas Forum is a private, invitation-only event. Attendance is strictly limited to individuals who have received an official invitation, via email, and have completed the required registration process. Please note that registration for the EuroAmericas Forum is entirely free of charge, with no associated fees or payments.

If you would like to suggest someone for attendance, you may request an additional invitation by contacting us at info@euroamericasforum.org. All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the organizing team.

2. Are the coffee breaks, cocktail, and lunch included and available to all attendees?

Yes, all registered participants will have access to complimentary coffee breaks, a networking cocktail, and lunch, which will be held at the Nova School of Bussiness and Economics Campus and are included as part of the official programme of the EurAmericas Forum.

3. In which language will the panels be conducted?

The official language of the EuroAmericas Forum is English, and all panels will be conducted in English. To ensure accessibility for all participants, simultaneous translation from English to Portuguese will be available throughout all panels.

Should any speaker choose to deliver their presentation in Portuguese, simultaneous translation into English will also be provided.

4. Will the event be livestreamed?

No, the event will not be livestreamed. However, video recordings of the panels will be made available on the official EuroAmericas Forum website after the event.
