Olga Filipova is a software engineer, entrepreneur, and civic activist originally from Kyiv, Ukraine, now based in Berlin. She is the Co-Founder and CEO of Workademy, an AI-powered Learning Management System that helps companies build engaging learning cultures and scale workforce development.
Under her leadership, Workademy has supported organizations across Europe and the United States, delivering thousands of learning journeys and partnering with HR consultancies and enterprises on digital upskilling and talent resilience.
Before founding Workademy, Olga worked in international technology teams, leading projects at the intersection of education and innovation. She is a frequent speaker on the future of learning, AI in education, and the role of agile startups in reshaping corporate training.
Olga is also deeply engaged in Ukrainian civic activism. She has organized cultural and fundraising initiatives in Portugal and Germany to support Ukraine’s resilience in the face of russian aggression. In Coimbra, she founded Café Rynok at the Mercado Municipal to preserve Ukrainian culture abroad and contribute to the revitalization of the local market. For her impact, she was nominated as Ambassador of Coimbra in May 2025.
Olga holds a Computer Science degree from the University of Coimbra.
