Nuno is a global leader in Innovation and Emerging Technologies Consulting. He has over two decades of experience in Technology, Strategy, and Operations consulting for the Financial Services industry, working across both banking and insurance sectors.

He has specialized in the creation of banks and insurance companies from the ground up in emerging markets and has led several major technology implementation projects in this context.

Nuno has extensive experience in incubating and commercializing new technology-based offerings in Portugal and scaling these capabilities globally across the firm. He has led complex technology transformation projects in the banking and insurance industries, including multiple core systems transformations in Portugal, Angola, and other member firms — such as South Africa, Dubai, Denmark, Canada, and the United States. Over the past eight years, he has jointly delivered several large-scale technology projects with other global teams.

In Portugal, Nuno leads the Insurance sector and is responsible for the Growth portfolio, which includes Clients & Markets, Innovation, and Corporate Development.
