José Joaquim Gomes da Costa Filho

José Joaquim Gomes da Costa Filho is a Brazilian career diplomat currently serving as Political Officer at the Embassy of Brazil in Lisbon, Portugal. With nearly 15 years of experience in the Brazilian Foreign Service, he has extensively worked with United Nations and African affairs at the Ministry of External Relations of Brazil and the Brazilian Embassy in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Universidade de Brasília and a master’s degree in International Politics from the Geneva Graduate Institute.
